1. About us
This website (the "Store") is operated by Sergio Saez Ardila, tax ID 74362503F, Carrer Olegario Domarco Seller, 03206 Elche (Alicante), Spain ("we", "us"), trading as WarmHug. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products and prices
We aim to describe and show our products as accurately as possible; images are for illustration and small differences in colour or appearance may occur. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency and include VAT where applicable. Standard shipping is free. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

3. Orders
A contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing error, the item is unavailable or we suspect fraud; in that case we will refund you in full.

4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your card details.

5. Shipping
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Cancellations and returns
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and we also offer 30-day returns. Details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Faulty goods
Your products are covered by your statutory rights. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us at soporte@miauguard.store.

8. Safe use
Please read the product instructions before use. Heated products should not be used while sleeping, on broken or sensitive skin, or by people who cannot sense heat. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or a pacemaker, consult your doctor before use. Our products are not medical devices.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Store (text, images, videos, logos and design) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Liability
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order applies.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
