Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once dispatched, delivery to the UK usually takes 6–10 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or events outside our control. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Order tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and link. Tracking information may take a day or two to update.

Taxes and import charges
Prices shown at checkout include UK VAT. You will not be asked to pay any additional charges on delivery.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible – we can only update it before the order ships.

Lost, damaged or late parcels
If your order is lost, arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
