30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Items must be unused, clean and returned in their original packaging.

Your legal right to cancel (UK)
As a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After telling us you want to cancel, you must send the goods back within 14 days. Our 30-day return window is in addition to this right and does not limit it.

How to start a return
Email us at soporte@miauguard.store with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, the cost of sending the item back is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any return costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
